Our services

Greday offers jewellery (sold through Amazon) and digital services, including social media management, WhatsApp chatbots and resume and LinkedIn makeovers. Details of each digital service, its scope and its final price will be confirmed with you in writing, on WhatsApp or by email, before work begins.

Prices and GST

Prices shown on this website are "starting from" prices in Indian Rupees and are only a guide. GST will be charged as applicable, and a proper tax invoice will be issued.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed for each job. Monthly services are billed in advance each month. Online payments are handled by Razorpay.

Cancellations and refunds

Monthly services can be stopped with notice before the next billing cycle. Once work on a service has started, the amount for that work is not refundable. If there is a genuine problem, please talk to us and we will try our best to sort it out fairly. TODO: confirm refund policy

Jewellery bought on Amazon is subject to Amazon's terms, including its delivery, return and refund policies.

Your responsibilities

Please share accurate information. For resumes and profiles, you are responsible for making sure the facts about your education and experience are true. For social media and chatbots, you confirm that you have the rights to any content, logos or images you give us.

Results

We work hard to do a good job, but we cannot promise specific results such as a number of followers, sales, interview calls or job offers.

Intellectual property

The Greday name, logo and website content belong to Greday. Work we create for you becomes yours once it is fully paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of TODO: city.
