What we collect

• Details you share through our contact form or WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, email and message.
• For digital services, the information you give us to do the work, for example your resume or business details.
• Basic technical data that our hosting provider may log, such as browser type and IP address, for security.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask for.
• To send quotes, invoices and GST-compliant bills.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run the business, such as our form service, hosting provider, WhatsApp, and payment gateway (Razorpay) when you make a payment. Jewellery orders placed on Amazon are governed by Amazon's own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as required for tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
